Corrie was 5 star helpful & friendly, she help with a Quick check-out, walking the trailer for safety features, hooked up the chains, & gave is a physical insurance paperwork to carry. She took in time making sure we knew how to check the unit. Explained the return procedure allowing us to place unit where space was available. What can I say.....Corrie(Property Manager) is amazing! She is so accommodating and will do everything in her power to help. I've had two occasions recently where I've needed large units and they weren't available but Corrie worked her magic and was able to accommodate me. She is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable no matter what the situation. True customer service at its finest!!!! I would definitely recommend American Self Storage.

I run a local homeless outreach called Sandwiches With Love. I stopped in yesterday on a whim just to see what a storage unit would cost. When I first arrived I was greeted by Corrie! We went into the office and she informed me that they were full and only had one unit the size of a small closet. I told her my situation and what I needed it for and she said give me just a few minutes.. she started going through her computer searching and came up with a recently vacated unit that had been damaged… we decided to go take a look and see what we were working with… much too our surprise someone had build huge wooden shelving down the side of the wall! Perfect for storing and sorting donations!!!! Imagine that! The damage to the building was EXACTLY what I needed! To say that Corrie went above and beyond for me is an understatement! I was able to purchase a lock directly from her and was able to empty my car right then! I’m so grateful I stopped in and it’s conveniently located blocks from my house!
